1. The Trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access: all 50 NSE stocks, ₹20 Lakh virtual capital, and unlimited trades. No payment required to start.

After 30 days, trading is paused until you choose a paid plan. You can still view your portfolio and leaderboard rank during this time — only placing new trades is blocked.

2. Plans & What Each One Includes

All paid plans renew monthly. We'll notify you before any renewal — nothing is charged without clear notice.

3. Monthly Top-Up (Automatic)

Every paid plan automatically adds virtual capital to your portfolio once a month, from your subscription start date:

This continues for as long as your subscription stays active.

4. Daily Trade Limits

To keep the simulation realistic and fair across all users, each plan has a daily trade limit (combined buy + sell, resets at midnight IST):

• Basic: 10 trades per day
• Growth: 25 trades per day
• Pro: Unlimited trades

If you hit your limit, you'll see a clear message — you can wait until tomorrow or upgrade for a higher/unlimited limit.

5. Portfolio Reset

You can reset your portfolio back to your plan's starting capital once per calendar month, free of charge. Resetting clears your current holdings and cash, but does NOT affect:

• Your subscription plan or its monthly top-up
• Your all-time peak portfolio value (stays on the leaderboard forever)
• Your referral history, community posts, or order history

You'll see a warning before resetting, and the next reset becomes available the following calendar month.

6. Order History Retention

How long your trade history is kept and shown in reports depends on your plan: Basic 5 days, Growth 15 days, Pro 30 days. Upgrading extends this immediately.

7. Top-Up Purchases

On top of your monthly plan, you can buy additional virtual capital anytime:

Top-ups are added instantly to your existing portfolio and are available on any active paid plan.

8. Certificate (Pro Plan Only)

The downloadable trading certificate is a Pro plan exclusive. It unlocks once your peak portfolio value crosses 10% above your starting capital while on the Pro plan. Basic and Growth plans do not include this feature.

9. Referral Program

Share your referral link from your Profile. When someone joins using it, they get a virtual cash bonus instantly, and you get a bonus claimable from your own Profile page once they sign up. Referral bonuses are virtual currency only — they have no real cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.

10. Nature of the Platform

• All trading on TradeSeekho is virtual. No real stocks are bought or sold.
• Live stock prices are sourced from real NSE market data for realistic simulation, but TradeSeekho is not a SEBI-registered broker or investment advisor.
• Brokerage, STT, and other charges shown during trades are simulated to reflect real Indian brokerage cost structures — no real money is involved in these charges.
• Nothing on this platform — including leaderboard rankings or community posts — constitutes investment advice.

11. Refunds & Cancellation

You can request a full refund on a paid plan within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your payment reference. After 7 days, subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals, but the current period is non-refundable.

12. Account & Conduct

We may suspend accounts that abuse referrals (e.g. fake signups), post abusive content in Community, or otherwise misuse the platform. You can request account deletion anytime via WhatsApp or email.

13. Changes to These Rules

We may update these rules as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page, and significant changes may require re-acceptance.
