1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradeSeekho ("the App"), operated by ScaleAIQ — a sole proprietorship business owned by Jitendra Mathur ("we", "us") — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on TradeSeekho. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

• All money, trades, and portfolios on TradeSeekho are virtual and have no real monetary value.
• Stock prices are sourced for educational simulation purposes and may not always reflect live market prices in real time.
• Brokerage, STT, and other charges shown during trades are simulated to reflect real Indian brokerage cost structures, but no real money changes hands for these charges.
• Nothing in the App — including community posts, comments, or leaderboard rankings — constitutes financial or investment advice.

4. Subscription Plans

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial: all 50 NSE stocks, ₹20 Lakh virtual capital, unlimited trades — no payment required.

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically each month from your subscription date, unless cancelled. We will notify you before any renewal. You can also buy additional virtual capital anytime via Top-ups (₹29 for ₹1 Lakh, up to ₹349 for ₹20 Lakh) — see the Plans page for current top-up pricing.

5. Refund Policy

If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp or email with your payment reference. Refunds are not available after 7 days or after significant usage of paid features, at our reasonable discretion.

6. Portfolio Reset

You may reset your virtual portfolio back to your plan's starting capital once per calendar month, free of charge. Resetting clears your current holdings and cash balance but does not affect your subscription plan, referral history, community posts, order history, or all-time peak portfolio value shown on the leaderboard. The next reset becomes available the following calendar month.

7. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are paid in virtual currency only and have no real monetary value or cash-out option. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, or to deny rewards in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. fake accounts, self-referrals).

8. Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are issued at our discretion for promotional purposes, may have usage limits or expiry, and may be disabled at any time without prior notice.

9. Community Conduct

When posting in the Community section, you agree not to post content that is abusive, misleading, defamatory, or that promotes real-money trading scams. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate this.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent referral activity, or abuse the platform in any way. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

TradeSeekho is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We are not liable for any real-world financial decisions or losses you may incur based on your experience with this simulator. Past virtual performance does not indicate future real market results.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
