• Login is provided through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to hack the Service; use bots or automated scripts; copy, resell, or redistribute the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code of TradeSeekho and ScaleAIQ are the property of ScaleAIQ. Stock names and symbols are property of their respective companies and are used for identification only.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleAIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including any real-world financial decisions you make based on anything seen in the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
